Amery Ice Shelf Loose Tooth Monitoring 2005-2006
The Vasiliy Golovnin, a Russian Icebreaker, arrived at Davis in mid-February to re-supply the station and bring some personnel back to Australia. It was a busy few days while the "VG" was in port -- many people were needed to drive the cranes and trucks, and work on the cargo barges and at the wharf.
